I was buying a Samsung Chrome box from Amazon.com. (Order #111-7226102-6391451) I tried to charge this item on a Chase credit card which was declined. I then paid for it with a Visa debit card. I have been receiving a bill from Chase ever since. I have tried to correct this matter and have spent countless hours on the phone. Chase makes a three way call with Amazon and things appear to be resolved. Then the bill comes and more annoying phone calls. Can you help?
