I have not received word back from "company" after 5 days of placing request (via email) of return on wig. Policy says contact within 7 days. Gave them a courtesy time, & now I see that I've probably been scammed. The phone # has too few digits. How many of you ladies got a wig that is like the one Julia Robert's hooker character wore, in Pretty Woman??? Well that's the wig I got! SO unlike what I ordered. Wrong style & color. I guess I'll be proceeding on this action. MW in WA.
