I ordered a wig in November that was brown with highlights. It also was supposed to have layers and waves. However, the wig I received around December 12 was absolutely nothing like the picture. It was different in color, cut and style. I have tried emailing the company and putting in a complaint and have not been able to get a response 3 weeks later. Beware!!!
