I had been clicking on web sites to sign up for REO BPOs and listings. Somehow they captured my information and called me saying they had 2 BPO orders, could I do them right away, guaranting I would get the listings from them by a certain date. Everything was urgent, right now. The catch was a one-time fee of $349 but I would get that back with the listings/sales. I did the 2 BPOs, never got the $75 each for them plus gave them the $349. Guess what, nothing ever came about. Sales person, Maurice Stewart, nor their accounting dept. Will or would return calls or emails after that. I will be filing a complaint with the Illinois Attorney's General's office next. Yes, there was a guarantee saying it was fully refundable after 6 momths. Just a piece of paper.in one of my many phone calls day after, I accused them of being fraudulent. Their Master Servicing Agreement was riddled with typos - very unprofessional looking.
