Miscellaneous

On October 25th I called Bank of America re REO and short sale listings and they gave me a number to call. The following day I received a call from BankerREO. I believed this was related to the BofA call.
They said they wanted to sign me up for REO's and BPOs. They had a fancy agreement and said they had two listings they wanted to give me. They gave me the addresses and asked me to do BPOs for $75.00 each, which I did. They also stated that because they would be doing all the repairs I was to pay them $349 for each listing (and they were giving me two) to guarantee that I did complete the job. They also said that the money would be refundable upon request.

I have since been calling them and doing some investigations because they do not answer their phones (disconnected "Magic Jack"). Their e-mails are being returned as undeliverable.

I am filing an official Dispute Claim with my bank but I don't know if that will do me any good. I'm also going to file a complaint with California Dept. Of Real Estate.

I need help. I need my money bank.
