I was fooled into purchasing a trial of creams and serums and only paying for P&P. Next i was getting charged for to lots of payments of £97.95 from deadseaset.com and £97.82 from collagentalux.com. After many attempts trying to contact them via email, faacebook and phone, they finally contacted me fowarding me to there terms and conditions. I asked for an address to return items but they were not forthcoming then they gave me there israel address. It is a po box so you have no record of posting. I asked for the uk address but they told me it had to go to israel. I have posted the item back first class with a receipt and emailed a copy of this to the company. I have asked for them to acknowledge the email but still nothing. Items posted back. 4th april. Costing £9.90. Plus trial costs of £3.95 and £2.95.
