I brought a Nutri Bullet on October 20th thru an advertisement on TV. I was using it everyday but starting 12/16 the appliance was NOT working as it should. I sent an E-Mail to the customer servise at the Nuti Bullet Company. But they never got back to me, so I decided to check complainings on the company and there are several. And I decided to file a complain to see if I can get a new one or My money back. Looking forward to hear from you.
