Consignment scam. TTB had watercraft belonging to scammer. Was to be delivered after TTB confirmed payment. Ten day period to inspect craft before TTB gives owner money! Very well detailed site, copy rights, protective measures etc all to make u feel like u are dealing with professionals, and they are!
