Wireless Home Phone Disconnected for a Week, Device Stopped Working

2-8 brought wireless home phone service device. 1st after refilling my service with a service card, my service was "mistakenly" disconnected (problem was later fixed with a one (1) day credit, even though my service was out for a week!!! 2nd the device itself stopped working??? Then I was told by cust ser to keep trying or move??? Unreal... What company conducts business this way? So now I am without a phone and they refused to refund me for the device!!!
