We bought DR Oz pills from Kijiji deals through Paypal and received an email from the seller saying it will take 4-6 weeks for the delivery to arrive.
So, the period in which we could have opened a Paypal dispute expired.
Now, our only way to recover what we paid, is to contact the Credit Card which is registered with our Paypal.
