I cancelled the order within minutes after placing, received cancellation number over phone, product was received a few days later. Contacted Nuskin and got a RA# I had to pay the cost to ship back to CA from FL but I was still charged for the product. Compnany states they did not receive the product back even though the RA# was indicated in several places on shipping box and my return address in FL. When I called back again they were nasty and told me to deal with my bank about it. Buyers please beware of so called "free" or just pay shipping on the internet. Real scam artist and scum bags!
