Scam

Buyers beware! Nothing is really for free, especially this product. I was suckered by their scam and signed up for a free trial of MaxAcaiBoost. Within 5 minutes after I signed up, I found this complaint board website and my heart sank into my stomach. I immediately called and cancelled my order and the rep gave me an Cancellation Number. Much to my surprise, exactly one week later, I received in the mail a bottle of acaiberrydetox. This wasn't the name of the product I had originally ordered then cancelled. I called the customer service number and spoke with a rep. I gave him my cancellation number and he verified that I had indeed cancelled the Maxacaiboost. I asked him how this could have happened, receiving a product I never ordered. He put me on hold (probably to find a different script to read off of). We he came back, he told me that this is one of their products and that I need to send it back to the return address. I confirmed that I would not be charged for something I never ordered, he concurred. We'll see. After reading all the complaints listed about FWM Labs, I'm sure my troubles are not over. It appears that this Lab is producing multiple acai products under different names to scam innocent buyers.
