Ordered flowers 03/16 to be delivered 03/17. Received an email saying they needed more information. All information was entered online. This was for a family funeral. Needless to say the flowers did not get delivered.

Hello Customer,
I am truly sorry to see we could not deliver your order as requested. If you would like to keep your order I would be happy to send this to the family’s home with a beautiful upgrade. I will also attach a note of apology to the order from us. I would even be happy to even call the family to apologize for the delay on our end. Again, we are very sorry.

*After receiving this email I gave them a 2nd chance to deliver to person's home. I gave them all of the phone numbers and address etc. Still did not get delivered. I gave them an extra week and they still couldn't deliver. I will never use them again... Sorry service. Have requested credit 3 times to no avail. I submitted a dispute to my credit card company.
