A man with an eastern indian accent contacted my to say that due to a survey done in my area, the government is giving me $9,200 free of charge, with no pay back to government because I had a clean financial rating in their reports. They asked me to contact their senior accounting manager in the next 15 minutes to claim the funds. The referral number is 202-697-9392. I think this may be a scam.
