I have the same complaint. After receiving the "free" sample I returned it with a letter to cancel further orders. One month later I received another package and on my charge account was $105.95. I called the bank and was told to call the company and try to settle. I also talked to 2 different men that I had a very hard time understanding. But the bottom line was... I could NOT cancel and they would not refund my money. I called the bank again and had the amount disputed. My fear is the bank has to pay this scam company and they get their money anyway... They don't care who from.
