I was offered on line from Equinox to receive a free trial and that I only had to pay for shipping & handling. However 18 days after I had received the free trial product, they charged my bank card for $93.00 and $99.00 for the same said free trial! I am submitting a complaint to the Attorney General as well. They will not refund my money and I have not received any additional products from this company. I spoke with a CSR Warren Watson on the phone last night that worked with Equinox Skin Care, very rude and was not concerned about their fraudulant means of business.
