Account Changed Without Consent Resulting in Higher Charges

Has been changes made in my account without my consent, which resulted in higher charges. After countless phone calls i was told that perhaps the ATT rep might have misunderstood and separated the 2 phone numbers on my account and there is nothing that they can do about it.
