I went online and a survey popped up from CBC Radio congratulating me on being a regular CBC radio listener - this part is true. As a reward CBC radio would send me a thank you gift from Dead sea kit company. All I had to do was pay the $5.00 s & H fee - which I normally would not do because if I won something I should not have to pay a dime for anything. I did pay the S & H fee.
Last week I checked my credit card only to discover a charge of $149 and change from Dead Sea Kit company! They had billed my card for a luxury spa set.
I have since reported this incident to my credit card company as well as to CBC Radio Canada. This action by the Dead Sea Kit company is reprehensible and they should be punished for this fraudulent behaviour!
