Took my money and ran Ripoff

I joined ediets, I was on the diet and went totally by their diet that I pulled up from their site. I was on it maybe 1 week and half and was gaining weight instead of losing, I would go in on their site about every night, I weighed and put the weight in according to what they wanted. After seeing this wasen't working I emailed them and told them I wanted a refund, they told me I could not get a refund because I hadn't weighed in weekly, I was on it only a week and half at the most, and had already gained weight. I didn't want to stay on it any longer and gain even more
