Ediets had enough time to cancel my order but took 72 hours to respond. Ediets horrible customer service stole my money!

I joined ediets on a Monday and tried to cancel on Wednesday. They have a company policy that the money for the first ship mental is non refundable.
They also have a policy that if you want to cancel the next shipment it must be done on Wednesday before the shipment goes out.
I called on Wednesday and was continually told that the first shipment was not refundable even though they had plenty of time to do so. After much discussion, myrequest was forwarded to a supervisor.
The supervisor got back to me on Saturday. Of course that was to late to cancel the shipment. The supervisor also acknowledged that she was working on Wednesday but that they are usually in Newtons and can't deal with customers then. That is insane!!! Ediets keeps my $300 by using deceitful customer service!!!
