On Dec 18 Monies were given to Chris to repair the roof at 502 s chapel street Chris started the job but never completed it. Chris had been called several times but always had some problem as to why he couldnt come back or he never returned the phone calls.in the past thee months he has phoned stating that he would return the money in full but never has and never returned any phone calls and all future calls have gone to voice mail
