In Rocky roofing redid the roof on my home, it came with a 10 year guarantee on labor and 25 year on materials. Dec the roof started leaking badly, we called for two weeks but got no answer. We sent him a registered letter which came back. I finally got a call from him after two weeks and before he even came out to see the problem he blamed it on me! Some how I damaged my roof on purpose he said. After much haggling he came out once, did nothing and left. After trying to get him to repair this leak and some other issues of the work he did I got no where. I contacted the Consumer affairs division in NJ and filed a report. They got him to come and tar the roof a bit, but the work was terrible - even his own employees said that the roof was done WRONG and needs to be ripped off and replaced. Rocky told me to go to hell, as far as he was concerned he was done with me. I am planning to take him to court.
