I want to tell you my experience with this company. I have been a customer of theirs for several years. I began having problems with no service, roaming constantly and several customer service issues. My contract ran out in December. I could not decide what to do, but because of all the issues I had encountered over the past several months, I chose to change my service to AT&T. I paid my bill several days prior to my changing service in full. On the day I changed my phone service, they did everything possible to prevent AT&T from moving my contacts. BECAUSE BG DOES NOT HAVE SIM CARDS, IF YOU MOVE YOUR SERVICE, YOUR CONTACTS AND OTHER INFORMATION ON YOUR PHONE CANNOT BE MOVED OVER! Just another warning! I received my final bill and it was for my entire balance for a full month. I took time out of my busy schedule to sit on the phone and on hold to speak with a BG rep. I inquired what I actually owed them and would be happy to send t immediately! She said they could not break it down. They informed me that I would have to pay the entire monthly balance in order to avoid late fees and being turned over for collections if I did not pay in full! I paid the bill in full, because that's how I do business and the way we roll here in the real world. Well, that has been many weeks ago, since I've been with AT&T for almost 3 months. I received a statement from BG about a 2-3 weeks ago showing that I have almost a $67 credit. I have not received my refund check still. I called this evening and spoke to a really nice lady, but she informed me that they take 6 to 8 weeks to process a refund and that is standard procedure!

Well, I don't know what standard procedure means in BG world, but I know I've never experienced this lack of customer service with any company before in my life.

I am a 60 year old, widow, on a limited income and they keep my almost $67 for this long is unacceptable. I think they need to revisit their standard "POLICY"!!

I really hope people will rethink their cell phone choices before they choose Bluegrass! I will NEVER do business with them again and I think they are rude, and insensitive and if my little $67 is that important to them, they must be in dire straits and I would be ashamed and if I worked for them, I think I'd be finding a new job. I would not be associated with them in any aspect!!
