Had to load and unload they load a mattress and box springs by my self while employees watched.
I'm 73 and this is not the way a store should be run. Plus they shoved the mattress and box springs thur the sliding glass doors and tore the plastic covers and tore the cover on box springs. I see no reason to return to sams's.
