I ordered 2 android tablets one returned and I was charged a 25 percent restocking fee for a nonworking tablet. The second one was sent but was not the upgraded tablet 2.2 version was 2.1 which stopped working after 1 day. Returned that as well still no refund at all at this time. Unable to contact except by email. They said they would charge a restocking and delivery fee which there was no shipping or handling charges to begin with. Also when they do give you your money back it takes about a month and then its only partial payment of what is owed. They make their money by selling defective equipment and merchandise knowing it will have to be returned and then a fee is assessed for shipping and restocking fee when none was charges..
