EGlobal Electronics charges return shipping and a 25% restocking fee on the unusable used product they sold me as new. - E pad

I ordered an android pad and wanted to cancel my order. They did not answer the phone. I emailed them and they said that my order was already shiped which sounded strange as they had not chrged my debit card yet, then almost in the same breath my card was charged. When i recieved the order the pad was obviously used, had scratches all overit, and did not work. I am being charged a 25% restocking fee for a unusable item and also return shipping charge. These people are crooks and need to be exposed.
