The dry cleaners ruined a yellow suede jacket and refuses to compensate me for it. The jacket is no longer yellow. It is grayish now. This was a brandd new jacket that had never been cleaned before. They claim they sent it to a leather specialist. I called him... This has gone on back and forth for a year. Neither of them claim responsibility for my ruined jacket.
