I signed up for backup with this company. The backups never happened, thought they would slow my computer for hours at a time. Then they told me to upgrade the software (which is extremely spacious). I did so, and nothing changed, thought they said it was backing everything up. When I just checked the website, it said the last backup was over 2 months ago, despite manually doing it each day. They said it was because I didn't have an even newer version of the software of which I was never made aware of. When trying to delete the old software, it took over 3 days and has slowed my computer immensely. They have never offered any refunds or granted my multiple requests for cancellation.

This is a total ripoff, and they have literally stolen my money and made me lose countless hours of time. I also need to now get a new computer, because the software has ruined it.
