Ascentive, they should be sued, they should be ashamed! Ruined my computer! Cleveland

I assumed if they were advertised on television, they were a reputable software company. I thought wrong!

The only thing this software did was embed itself into my hard drive, it is virtually impossible to remove, it slowed my computer down; if not completely shut it down, my computer didn't work for two weeks after downloading their (free) trial.

Now, every time I turn on my p.C., there they are, stalking me. Saying that I need to re-install the software that I am so desperately trying to remove from my list of programs and it has grown like a fungus refusing to leave.

I guess they were mad at me for not giving them my credit card number.
