I signed up for free trial. I actually ordered some more cartridges, which I haven't received. But last night they showed an order which I didn't place. They did issue a RMA but I do not have anything to return yet. I, like everyone didn't see any print about automatic membership or shipments either. I am contacting my credit card company for help with this.
