I ordered the Optima starter kit on 1/24. I received it 2/3 weeks later. I tried it & it doesn't work. I now received a credit card bill which this company charged me $116.93 on 2/8 & mailed more nicotine cartridges which I did not order. I called the company and they are not willing to reverse these charges. This is a scam & buyer beware!!!
