I received a call from someone asking why I had ignored responding to defaulting on my online loan and did I want to avoid court costs, being arrested, having my soc sec taken and more threats. The following day my case was being seen before the judge for failure to comply with my aggreement. I needed to pay off my loan and the case would be closed. I payed him 203.83 on a Visa debit card # (Personal Information Removed) purchased at rite aide. Told to fax a copy of my receit and the card and fax it to him then call to be sure he received it. When I received an email stating when my next payment would be deducted from my checking account I called him and he asked me to fax him a copy of the email and bank statement showing the payment was taken out. He said he would find out what was going on and return my call the following day because my loan was pd in full. He did not call and when I called him I did not gat an answer. I then called the phone number on my email and they said I had been scammed and did the man have a foreign accent. They gave me some numbers to call and report it. Gave the fax #206-337-7559 and it went through. Phone #315-636-6659
