Money Taken From Account, No Callbacks in a Month

This is a very unresponsive company. They make it sound good and take money out of your account. When you call these numbers, there are no answers other than to leave messages, and no one calls you back. I have been trying for about a month now just to get my money back. I guess I am out of luck. I have to change accounts now so this does not happen again.
