Cpipay. Comcommercepayice.com took money from my bank acct. I have no idea who they are or why they think i owe them money. I cant contact them for information

Cpipay started by taking 2.95 on 6108. Ten days latter on 6168 they took $39.95. Im not even sure how they got my bank info. I tried to get ahold of them with no luck. And my bank has not responded yet. I guess i can change my acct. Numbers?
