Callers Promised a $199 Refund, Then Took Another $125

They called me saying I had a refund coming back from an earlier transaction I had with them. At that time they withdrew 145.00 US dollars. On the 18th they called me, saying I had a refund coming back of 199.00, so I thought, cool, I can use the money back. All in all, they used me to withdraw another 125.00 using Western Union and PayPal.

The number they called me from the first time was under a person's name, Leo, 1-845-795-3215 ext 1237, and another number they gave was 1 412-406-9022. They also used a Skype number, 1-661-784-0240.

I felt it was my duty to report this so no one else gets scammed. They have you download a program that you do not want. If you ask why the download, they do not answer you. They trick you into this. They need to be found and stopped.
