I found this company online called SPYANYCELLPHONE.com, i ask a few questions about the software and they said it can do what i wanted it to do so i went ahead and purchase it for $97.00. I then try to load the software and it did not load so i immediately called the customer service number for a refund on the same day and all i keep getting is a reply saying that it will take 3-4 days to get a refund. Could anyone tell me how and where i can go to get launch a complaint? They also have a phone number (732 852 7212) which is automated.
