Thought the computer tech would up me with a older apple g5 computer, get couple things set-up for 9.99."My bad" he sad 99.99 after getting all my info. So I said no way just need a little Guidance! Their answer back was sorry we can put you on a lower plan for 59.99 and 19.99 a month.:-/?!?!?! 3 days later after calls after calls they closed out the account and Reimburse me 49.99 of the 99.99. Never did get any technical support from this company at all but a big fight to 1/2 my money back. Luck Too You!!
