Dont Trust This Fake Company

I Called the number on the elegant flyer that attracted me to this Kitchen Cabinets A man named Ivan answered the phone. I made an appointment for him to come out measure my home and for me to go to the office to see the model kitchens. I then ordered the cabinets and countertops. He came to my home I gave him the down payment for the kitchen of $2031 in March. I went back to office after I finished my floors, on April 30th and paid in full $1059 which was $3090 and Installation. On May 8th I went to pay for the granite countertops of $2258 gave the money to his wife she said Ivan had to get me the receipt online since he wasn't there It seemed fair so I agreed.

All this seems perfect so far right? This where it goes wrong!

I set a date for delivery for May 21st Thursday between 9-3. I knew I had to be at work so my Father in Law agreed to be there when they come thats why I paid in full. They NEVER CAME so i called Ivan he said they made a mistake SORRY they'll be there thursday. Thursday came and went 4 times. I called him but he ignored my calls.

June 4th he finally picked up and said the cabinet place he order from went out of business and he is trying to cut out the middle man and be direct.-_- A LIE!!! I went to the office on fullerton to speak with him direct to my surprise his wife was not there this asian girl was there I never saw before but no Ivan! And she said she dont know anything so I had her call him after an hour hour of being it the office he said that the company sent my check back to him but it bounced A LIE!!! Well deliver the counter tops A TWIST!!! I don't have a receipt so I don't owe you counter tops. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH This is crazy! After that he didn't answer any of my calls

We have been on this roller coaster for months. He called in October saying Im sorry how Im doing you guys I was in Jail, Well where are the Cabinets or just refund my money. No more calls until November 2nd saying they'll be here before Christmas NOTHING!!! November 11th he texted back finally and said "Ill be in the city in 30min and Ill call its straight Desert" whatever that mean, But no call Until Nov 27th saying they will be in weds or thursday NOTHING!!! We have been through every Birthday and Holiday with no kitchen! My whole house is remodeled and furnished with no kitchen!!!

I have called and texted every week for 7 months still no Cabinets!

UPDATE it is March 16th and we yet and still have no KITCHEN!!! Ivan and his wife go state to state with these scams just listen and read before you buy. The BBB gave them a "F". They operate under different names too like Cabinet Solutions, Kitchen Cabinets and Bath and Kitchen Cabinetry, Lavii. If you dont wanna be sorry STAY AWAY
