I ordered a sample of pantene shampoo and was asked for the delivery fee of $3.88 to be paid, I paid and then 20 days later there is a $142.30 charge from them for products I never ordered or received. The bank is opening up a dispute for me and I will change my credit card now to stop them from helping themselves.
