On the 26th Feb I ordered a sample of Pure Collagen for $3.95 which turned into two samples because nothing told me that my order had gone through so I pressed the button again meanwhile they said in their fine print that if I didn't want the Pure Collagen I had 17 days to return it before they would start sending me an ongoing order. Well my samples didn't even arrive until the 26th March but on my credit card bill they had put two lots of $186 on my account on the 13th March nearly two weeks before I even had a chance to try the stuff out and now I don't want any of their products, I managed to get onto the pure collagen cancllation page and I have cancellation confirmation number which is 494592251 but the contact us button was not highlighted and no address came with the samples so how can I get my money back
