Card Details Stolen, Imitation Company Name, Earlier $297 Loss

I use the Internet to pay for goods, it is obvious that my details were stolen. Any company that adds an extension of i.e. Google CC shows that they are trying to hide behind a genuine company and steal your money. I've been using the internet since early 1990's I have had this crime happen to me before but around $297.00 last time.
