$13.49 AUD Charge From Singapore, Only a Custom Domain Email

I had $13.49AUD taken out of my account charged to googlecc@google.com Singapore 0902. I don't have an adwords account or anything. Just a custom domain name for an email address that was paid months ago. I did my research and found that the actual email address that Google uses is google.cc@google.com, so don't get them confused.
Luckily it's only a small amount and I caught it pretty much straight away. I've had my MasterCard debit card cancelled and the bank is disputing the transaction.
