Miscellaneous

Signed up for a service. Told me there was a 7 day free trial period in which I could cancel before being billed. Never received login information for the online site AND never got confirmation on anything. Called their 800 number provided by the agent that told me I could cancel using that number and a code. They don't answer the phone. Held multiple days for more than an hour each day. Left VM with instructions to call me back 5 times or more. Called using multiple phones and their hold times lie and say you are 1st caller... And hold time is 1 - 3 mins... Never called me back... And also billed my credit card.
