Force-Placed Insurance Taken From Escrow Despite Existing Coverage

This company took out insurance on my home loan because they had not received a copy from my ins. company. (that was back in October).
I called the ins. company and told them I wanted to cancel that insurance because I already had ins. and I did not want another one. They said it would be cancelled. (that was in Dec. 2012) I paid off the loan but they took all of the money I had in Escrow and sent it to their ins company for their ins. (855.00)
