I do have billing dispute with AT&T since September. They over charging $850.00 as of 3-7, not responding to my e-mail or telephone call.
They promised me by e-mail that they are going to credit my account and they have not done yet and every month they sending their accumulated bill plus late charge.
What should i do and who should i contact to resolve our dispute.
