The billing resource crammed my telephone bill!

Talent and more, crammed my att telephone bill 5 times in the amount of 19.95 each time. Upon contacting my phone company as to who authorized these charges (billed through the billing resource) like the others have stated, your telehone company will offer little or no help, they did gave me the name and number for talent and more.

Upon contacting this number, they first told me they would not issue a credit because i must have ordered their services since you have to confirm through your e-mail, then even went so far as to call off my e-mail address, (by the way the service i was told i ordered was a photo download application). After much arguing back and forth, finally they told me they would credit back two $19.95 charges only. And if i wanted to dispute more charges, i would have to contact their corporate office but dont think you're going to get a physical address or telephone number, the only way to reach corporate is by e-mail (support@talent and more.com) long story short corporate did reply back and refused to apply more credits! I replied back threatened to file with ftc, and engage my employer (consumer advocacy group.) and a lawyer, got 2 more credits, still owed for one. Note: they will block your phone numer from getting through their 866-567-1337 if they dont like the way you talk. This company is a scam and and will try to convince you that you ordered their services, don't fall for it and file a complaint with the ftc these theives must be stopped, also file against your telephone provider
