Waiting for my promised refund since Feb 25th. Made numerous phone calls, waiting on hold for over 40 minutes each time, and getting nowhere. When I finally spoke with someone I was guaranteed a refund as soon as my product was returned. I followed their specific guidelines and shipped the item back on 2/25. It is now 3/15 and I have gotten nothing. Just spent another 47 minutes on hold, when I was initially told that my wait time would be no longer than 10 minutes. I am angrier than I have ever been before. These people should be put in jail!
