I received a heavy box with my name on the label, so I opened it! To my surprise it was two large OSHA Auditing Federal Compliance Guides (Construction Checklist) that I DID NOT order. A call was placed to 604-983-3434 (Canada) to find out what this was about. I was told, "Bob called last week and you agreed to have the books be sent to you." That is not a true statement. I have no need for $687.00 worth of books I did not order. Now I've lost money calling to Canada as well as the cost to send the books back to them certified mail. There is no way I will use their label to return the books. *scam alert*
