I sent two books to site. After almost 7 weeks they claim only one book arrived. Impossible. I wrap any books i mail in plastic wrap then packing tape then brown paper. There is no way only one arrived. The one they claim to have gotten was the cheaper of the two. I had to buy confirmation numbers as it was not included in the shipping printout). (I doubt any books would have arrived if i hadnt) Post office reports they return all delivery confirmation packages if they are damaged. When i called textbooksrus they had an "oh well" attitude. Well what could i do? The book was "lost" in the mail. For all my effort i received a whole $1.30 for $98.00 worth of books.
