My husband signed up for a trial starter pack costing £6.99 he has bad eyesight and did not read the small print He a month later recieved 2 by 5 refills but was billed £73.00 on his credit card We phoned and tried to cancell further deliveries but were thwarted and they refused to end the contract I went to our bank and they said it was legal and would monitor it. I kept on even though we new it was a scam and eventually I went to the police They rang and the police officer had the phone put down on him. I was told that even if we closed our account the firm would still persue us. I just kept on sending e-mails and this morning at last they have agreed to cancel the contract,
Be very careful with this company and read the small print
I will watch my husband very carefully in the future. We are both pensioners and both not in good health this has been one of our worst nightmares ever Be warned and be carefull
